If you find it defective because sometimes things go wrong during manufacturing and shipping to Dubai from its origin, please let us serve you and we will completely refund for your purchase or if you wish we will replace it with a good piece. (Subject to approval)

Validity

Our Return and refund policy is valid for 7 days. Beyond 7 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping of Returned products:

In case of a product being defective, we can give you free shipping. In case you want to return the product if it is not as per your requirements, kindly we will have to ask you to bear the cost for shipping the product back to us in order to process for refunds or exchange.

Approval of Refunds or Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm the same by email. Email will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to original method of payment, within a certain number of business working days which will be notified to you by email. In case of cash refund, we will return the cash to you by bank deposit or direct cash refund.

If exchange is required in order to replace any defective piece we will inspect the returned product and if approved we will ship you the required product in good condition as requested by you.
