This is a 100% handmade product and needs your gentle care :)
1. Quick hand wash (preferable) or gentle cycle machine wash in cold water using natural/mild liquid fabric wash.
2. Do not tumble dry or soak for more than 5 minutes.
3. Wash separately.

1. Once an order has been placed and manufactured by the company, it is not possible to cancel it.
2. If a customer receives a damaged or defective product upon opening the package, they should notify the company immediately. The company will then arrange for a replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price if a replacement is not possible.
3. If you wish to request a return or replacement for a color issue, please do so within 5 days of delivery. Additional shipping will apply.
